The PJ condos are coming shortly to Toronto. If our rendering-analyzing scheme of squinting and counting is precise, the PJ, short for Pearl & John, and designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, will require the form of a 41-storey place tower climbing from a 5-storey, brick-clad podium. The tower's remaining form remains a mystery at this stage as only the north and west sides could be spotted in the one rendering produced with the general public so far, but we all know not less than that we've been not thinking about an oblong box, and instead see that there happen to have been a couple of sides sculpted absent.
