WHAT WE'RE DOING
In this group we have several power lenders: POWER LENDERS are private lenders who can handle large scale transactions only! However what we can do is pool together to form a group that handles portfolio loans. These portfolio loans are when the borrower has more than one parcel to close on in a single transaction that may involve two or more Apartment complexes that have stable income. What I want us to do today is become that GROUP that performs these type of transaction lending to qualified borrowers. Those of you in this group that would like to partake with me in transactions that are primarily located in the USA and GREAT Britain please respond with a message to me so I can created your account and your portfolio. Transactions are minimally in the 10 mil USD range so please expect to be talking along those kind of numbers only.
