If you’re reading this, you’re probably low on vitamin-D. No, that isn’t some kind of personal attack (come on, we wouldn’t do that to you!), it’s a plain fact. A huge section of the population is suffering from vitamin-D deficiency. It has recently become a top-five prescribed medical test, and with that new knowledge, we now are starting to understand how essential it is to our overall health.
