I've always found the key to be, personally contacting those people who use exchanges and safelists - specifically the owners of other exchanges and safelists as they are the ones most likely to upgrade an spend money :)
Hello brenda, thanks for commenting. Can you elaborate as to what pretty successful means? Getting signups is easy to do, but how many of those signups are upgrading?
For example on clickorreturnemailwiz (contact me privately for the affiliate link) I have referred 170 referrals. My commission look like this:
