Spammy Backlinks

Hey guys, I need your help! Who knows how to get rid of spammy backlinks? I have a lot of links to my website with redirect.php in the url. I've blocked the redirect function so it shows the 404 page, but those spammy backlinks are still being created. Has anyone experienced such issue?

just use remove the url from webmaster it is temporary removal option
