Leadership and Success go Hand in Hand

In order for one to be successful somewhere along the road to success we will eventually have to show our leadership abilities ~ plain and simple!  Additionally we will not do it on our own, we will require the help and input of others.  Just as Andrew Carnegie once said: "No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself or to get all the credit for doing it", we must work effectively with others.....
