Has anyone considered Orchard Amritaya for their next home?

I recently toured Orchard Amritaya and let me tell you, the views are incredible! Waking up to the Ganges every morning would be a dream. The flats themselves are spacious and well-designed, with top-of-the-line finishes. They also have a great selection of amenities, like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse.
