Using email to communicate can really improve your business. However, when email bounces, your message hasn't been delivered and can become an issue.
In my business I need to send email for a living. Many of my clients would rather email me. I recently had to switch providers because of the files they would send wouldn't make it to me. I'm glad I found out sooner than later. Everything worked.
So, It's a fact! not all email services providers are the same. You're offering a valuable service.
