● Machine Structure:The foundation is made from premium German Meehannite FC30 cast iron, engineered with FEM analysis for unmatched strength and vibration dampening.
● Spindle Assembly:At its core is a high-precision spindle configured with P4 Japanese NSK bearings, ensuring spindle suspension is controlled within 0.003mm. The standard configuration is a 12,000rpm direct-type spindle.
● Linear Guideways: To ensure maximum stability, the EV640L utilizes high-rigidity roller-type linear guideways on all three axes from Taiwan HIWIN. These enhance strength and deliver superior machining accuracy over the long term.
● Precision Ball Screw: Equipped with high-precision ball screws from renowned brands Taiwan HIWIN or PMI, ensuring smooth, accurate axis movement and exceptional positioning repeatability. The EV640L uses a Φ32*16mm ball screw.
