Decided to Restart my Health Journey & Dare To Be More Wild - Which means being committed to Eating Healthier, Drinking More Water, Moving More, & Taking New Earth Supplements! Today is Day #1 and I started off my morning with a neighborhood walk. Using #MapMyHike to gauge the distance, speed, and calorie burn - I discovered that my walk was actually 2.13 miles - I thought it was less. Just goes to show you that using an app can be handy! The key to moving more is to not stop at just a once around exercise - but to do little things throughout the day to add to moving more! Especially if you work in an office environment - You need to get up & stretch!
