It's tempting to jump on the scale after a week of hard exercises at the gym to see if you've grown any muscle, but chances are you haven't. Building muscle does not happen overnight, and it takes a lot of effort and dedication to see results. It's more likely that noticeable, meaningful muscle building would take years than months, and the amount of muscle weight growth may vary.
