The conceptual designs, which will proceed to evolve, include two 6-storey stepped podiums, which relate in scale and articulation towards the neighbouring buildings, topped by two iconic residential towers, ranging in dimension from 82 to 92 storeys. Every single tower includes a complementary but distinctive layout, which fits together with the history and texture on the surrounding neighbourhood.
