The Construction Management and Its Problems

Problem solving in building construction project management is an area that every construction manager is exposed to on most every project. Construction involves a variety of trades, and the construction manager is usually not an expert in all trades, so when a new issue comes up, he needs to rely on the experts. These “experts” should consist of knowledgeable and respected people he trusts such as architects, engineers, (structural, soil, mechanical, electrical), experienced subcontractors. and also building inspectors. After three or four opinions from these experts, a consensus develops, and the right decision becomes obvious. “THERE IS WISDOM IN MANY COUNSELORS.” I believe that’s a quote from Solomon.
