Recruiters: What is holding you back?

I am adding members to my team every single day. But i also get messages from people, leaders, saying they feel hesitant to recruit for us. They are afraid to fail. No need! I'm not asking for miracles! I just want to continu accepting all people who want to make it in this business. Some are better then others, some need more help, some need a lot of help. That's okay.
