Feeling Good
"It's really important that you feel good. Because this feeling good is what goes out as a signal into the universe and starts to attract more of itself to you. So the more you can feel good, the more you will attract the things that help you feel good and that will keep bringing you up higher and higher."
- Joe Vitale: Motivational author and speaker

Great point about NOT "resisting" negative thoughts and feelings.

I think it is important not to "resist" negative thoughts and feelings but rather to replace them with positive thoughts and feelings. To "resist" only strengthens what you are resisting.

Exactly Roosevelt. Since everything begins at the level of thought, it's paramount that we learn how to control them, keep them "on leash" and positive. Many people may find this a bit hard to do but, with constant continuous practice and determination, it's possible. After all, our mind(s) behaves a bit like a muscle. We need to "work" it in order to keep it in "shape."

Great point about the necessity of feeling good but feelings depend upon what we think about so to feel good we need to think and speak about what we love.
