For the first time to build link on my website I submit my website to any social bookmark, and now for the second step what will I do?

You should submit your website details to social bookmarking sites with unique and meaningful content description. Now, Use Microblogging website and submit that link to it. It will crawl your link and you will get backlink.

I have no "Microblogging Website" list. As I know only facebook and twitter and Apsense (this website)
And I was share my link website to Facebook and Twitter, but I don't get backLink from Facebook and Twitter after I check in Alexa
I only get backLink from Apsense, from this; apsense.com/subject/85310.html

FB & Twt are no follow. It is still good to get links from there, but you need to find do follow links as well.
