I think that people think too much of their dieting instead of eating all types of food in reasonable amounts and just adding more fresh vegetables and fruit.

Food stimulates the mind & body like a drug! Dopamine is a natural chemical that’s released in our body whenever we experience great pleasure. It’s responsible for making us feel good by functioning as a neurotransmitter for the nerve cells. It can be triggered by a laugh, your favorite dish, taking drugs or a sexual encounter. When too much is produced the body becomes addicted. So basically the more you eat the more you WANT to eat!

The current economy is in a bad state and the loss of employment can and will cause depression if you allow it to. Some people turn to food because subconsciously they believe it’s the only thing in their lives at the moment capable of making them happy. Self-control is mandatory in your survival. Obesity kills!

Some tips from me. If want to keep slim just don't anyhow eat junk foods. Breakfast must eat and skip lunch if possible or just eat guava or fruits then earlier take your dinner at about 5pm-7pm and no supper. If continue with this diet it is impossible that you will get fat.
Try to maintain your calories in take and can't over 1.2kl.(Female) and 1.5kl(male) if you can exercise more that is advantages and then you can eat more a bit.

-1 pack of junk food of dry noodle the calories already 500kl++
- 1 bowl of rice=100kl ++ (brown rice will be lower)
- Fried food calories will be more than 250kl normally. This also need to see how much you consume.

So just approximate to count how many things that you eat per day. If you know how to count normally you will be success half way.
