Understanding your core identity

This may seem like something out of left field, but in a way it may also be the most important wellness information. I just watched a video called Core Influence that was a presentation made to an internet marketing group, but which said almost nothing about internet marketing per se.
In fact, it dealt with identifying your core identity and using that to develop more meaningful relationships and help others. It goes for about an hour, but it is totally FREE and well worth watching.
