Ingredients
1⁄2 cup honey
1⁄4 cup lemon juice
1⁄4 cup orange juice
lemon zest
orange zest
6 oranges, peeled and cut into thick rounds
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, mix honey, lemon, orange juice, lemon zest and orange zest. Place sliced oranges in the liquid. Place in refrigerator for an hour.
Step 2
When ready to grill, preheat grill to medium. Grill orange slices until grill marks appear.
Step 3
Serve over ice cream, and drizzle with remaining liquid.
