MichaelAp Clayton I Earn My Income Online...
Hi All
I've been marketing most of my adult life in one for or
other and have owned and managed many offline businesses from the age of 24
years... that's almost 40 years now.
I purchased my first personal computer in 1980. This was an
Apple 2 and I also had an Altos with 20 meg hard drive and tape back up for
business. I have had my own web based business and for the past 10 years I been
earning the lions share of my income online with some good affiliate
programs.
When I started joining affiliate programs I was just like
everyone else, I made plenty of mistakes as it was all new to me then. After a
time I decided to do just one affiliate program. I made it a point to spend no
money and to try and do it all the hard way. this led to a steep learning curve
and I eventually started to earn income.
Affiliate businesses are great for the beginner or even
experienced marketers as in most cases they are free to join or have a low
start-up cost.
However many people seem to fail to make their affiliate
business a success.
The main reason for this is lack of support or the program
they choose gives them the wrong advise.
It does not matter what form of business you have, the very
best form of marketing is face to face. Potential buyers want their questions
answered and also like to know who they are dealing with. This includes the
sales rep (you) and company or opportunity owner.
In online affiliate businesses many people are even unaware
of who they are actually working for.
Most of my online success has come from attending offline
meet-up and getting to really know my online community friends.
Internet marketing is constantly changing so you must try
new things adapt just to keep up.
Basic sales knowledge never changes, so it pays to learn
retail sales or do some form of company sales training..
