TIPSFEST & RACEWIN are websites hosted by Netcetera.  Recently our server was hacked and used to attack other servers and websites.  Netcetera acted quickly to prevent further action by the hackers, they did this by closing down our server.  A re install of the operating system was then carried out but when Netcetera tried to reboot the system the server would not restart.
It appears that the hard drive of our server was failing so even if our server had not been hacked we would have needed a new server anyway and as Netcetera is our hosting company our opinion is that they should foot the bill for replacing faulty hardware and moving all our files and data on to the new server.
At present Netcetera are expecting us to pay for the time it takes to reconfigure etc and we are disputing this because we had already paid for the re install of the operating system and to back up our data before the re install in order that the data could be restored after the re install.  Until we resolve this issue with Netcetera all our websites hosted by Netcetera, are down including TIPSFEST & RACEWIN.



I apologise for the loss of these services.
