At least in May 20016 iSnare was a free instant approval directory with 55K Alexa rank, 5 Google PR and 67 Domain Authority. iSnare works yet but it seems that they stopped instant approval and, require payment for expedited review. If you will post your article there for free, please let us know how much time it took to get online.
