Beacon Corridor has an incredibly natural feel. In truth, I have no idea how much property was transferred to construct the golf links, but I got the sensation that class was sent utilizing the natural attributes of the land, as I traversed the mounds between the initial tee and fairway. Containment mounding which plagued several courses constructed in precisely the same age as Beacon Hall is (thankfully) nowhere to be located.
