Race: Naas 2.55pm

Selection: CENTRAL HOUSE 10 Points Win

I never usually get excited about an 11/8 shot but when I feel the horse in question should be 1/5, it starts making me think of phrases such as "printing money". Quite simply, CENTRAL HOUSE is head and shoulders superior to his four opponents in this Grade 2 chase and even if he isn't the same force that he was when beating Moscow Flyer in this event in 2005 or when he finished 2nd to Nickname last year, he is still a very classy 150 rated 2m Chaser. His seasonal reappearance last month was a perfectly respectable 2nd place finish behind Knight Legend over an unsuitable 2m 6f at Punchestown and I would imagine that Dessie Hughes could not believe his luck when he saw how poor the quality of opposition had turned out for this £26,000 first prize. A front running clear round of jumping is all that is required for my 10 points to become somewhere in the region of 24 points and I can start to forget the disappointments of the last two days! For extra value hunters, I would look no further than STEEL BAND for the forecast spot.

Good Luck
