When I started this group, I wanted members to feel comfortable sharing everyday life events as well as business. Well today I have bragging rights...lol...my daughter was elected to student council....yea!!!!!! She worked very hard on the election as well as her speech. She is in the 5th grade, so this was an extremely important event for her. Her elementary school goes from pre-kinder thru the 5th grade. This will be a great experience to take with her into middle school. I am very proud of her :) Lynn

That sounds lovely and I bet your very pleased with your daughters school activities taking such a path it can only lead to success well done I say to her and I think she takes after her mom.

Congrats! I was elected all through up to 10th grade in high school *by this time I had way to much going on to be able to participate*, so I know how thrilled she is!!!

Congratulations to you both! That is lovely, and a big honour for your daughter. My daughter is only three years old, and as her achievements at the moment mainly involve the toilet, I won't share them here ... LOL!
