I was driving down the road today not really paying attention to what I was putting in the CD player. It happened to be a copy of John Addison's "Never accept advice from anyone more screwed up than you are." I had forgotten how much I love this CD.

For those who don't know who John Addison is, he's one of the top men in Primerica Financial. This is the greatest self help audio recording out there. It's funny but on track. You laugh at what he says since he's a good old Georgia boy with the thick southern accent but the message comes through loud and clear.

If you ever get your hands on a copy, burn it to CD, you'll want to listen to it again and again!

John Addison also uses the garden analogy. He tells a story of planting a garden on some property he had and not tending to it for 6 weeks. As he put it he had "The most beautiful crop of weeds you can imagine"

You gotta love it. It's like listening to Jeff Foxworthy give marketing advice. I keep waiting for him to say "you might be a redneck!" LOL
