The Nose to Knee has shown to be the 1 stretch I use to relieve low back pain.
Start off with sitting on the floor with one leg long and one leg bent with the foot near the long leg's knee. Focus on the long leg.
The long leg's knee can relax without needing to remain on the floor during the stretch. Grab the long leg just distant beyond the knee and you will gradually pull your upper body aiming your nose toward the long leg's knee.

Slowly release the pull. Do the same on the other leg.
