It appears that the penalty for breaching a director disqualification order can be a prison term, something that means that as a Director I really want to make sure I don't ever get disqualified in the first place. The whole area concerns me and certainly destroys the idea that having a LTD company creates a shield against the law. There are all sorts of things you can do wrong and get it trouble for. Best to get some help I reckon and this firm seems to be a good place to start.
