BitcoinCard® offers investors exclusive right to participate from the generated issuing and activation fees.
IPO of the BitcoinCard® shares will start on 19.3.2014 at 20:00 CET /Central European time/. There are 100.000 BitcoinCard® shares. 75.000 BitcoinCard® shares are held by Bitcoin SARL, 25.000 BitcoinCard® shares are available for investors.
IPO price of 1 BitcoinCard® share is 0.125 BTC for the first 10.000 shares or when the trading officially starts on 1.4.2014. Early birds can buy only 10.000 BitcoinCard® shares for this price. When the first 10.000 BitcoinCard® shares are sold, the price of the remaining 15.000 BitcoinCard® shares is 0.25 BTC. IPO will end when all the Crypto shares are sold, at the latest when the trading officially starts on 1.4.2014. Unsold BitcoinCard® shares will be kept by issuer and could be sold later for the market price. 75.000 Crypto shares hold by Bitcoin SARL.
BitcoinCard® “BCS” shares are listed and can bought and sold on Bitcoin Bourse under the Symbol “BCS” for the Bitcoin market price – Dividends will be payed each 15th of month for the last month on Bitcoin Bourse Bitcoin Shares system.
Each “BCS” Bitcoin share has the right for a monthly dividend of 0.001% of generated income from issuing and activation fees payed in Bitcoin.
