5. The leader spreads her/his enthusiasm for a project and makes every person of the team feel as essential pieces for success.

6. A leader encourages team spirit, so that all workers pursue and share the same goal.

7. The leader is always ready to solve problems and help others through them.

8. A leader does not focus on power and recognition. The success of the team is its greatest success and recognition.

9. The leader encourages workers to have their own ideas and to be proactive. She/him does not just give orders.

10. A leader leads by example with his work and behavior, becoming a source of inspiration.
