How I got my free website and earn from it in the long run?

I started on the online money making industry 2 years ago. My first money making program is a PTC or paid to click program.

While I am clicking the ads in this program I saw other programs and articles about effective ways to make money online. One that caught my attention is creating a blog or a website.

I started searching and learning ways on how to start a blog and finally learned the basics. 

To cut the long story short, I wanted to have a website but I don't want to pay every month for the hosting or domain.

So I thought there must be a way to get my own website for free and still have a professional looking domain. Something like www.mywebsite.com and not www.mywebsite.otherswebsite.com.
