In my travels along the Internet Superhighway today, I come across so many terms that make me shake my head in disbelief. How can anyone seriously believe that you can get everything free and add no effort of your own, but  have it stuff money into your bank account on autopilot?

The other variation on that theme is to think you can put up a small sum of money and sit back, they will do all the work for you and you just cash the checks. In other words, there is absolutely no barrier to entry for anyone who wants to make money online. No cash required, no learning needed and you don't even need patience, it happens at the push of a button.

The problem with that fairy book story land picture, is the Barrier to Entry is a GOOD THING. Can you imagine how many McDonald franchises would exist if they were free to start? Of course they would all fail, because this resistance is part of the plan that makes them so successful in the first place.

Sure the Internet is much easier and less expensive to start anything you might be attracted to, but use a little common logic and make sure you will need to add something of your own to make it unique, before you go off half cocked.
