i am sayed hamid usufi  from afghanistan , i have a problem i need your help .

there is not visa card and master in my country only one bank have it and i get it but i cant use it in paypal , alertpat ......... because they not support my country and i need amaster card  orvisa card  .

i contact with payooner and entropay for give me an account but the not support my country too ! if possible anyone create an account in entropay for apply a visa card and send me the details in my email its a big help and important for me .
