So, your purpose as a new member of tagVillage is to accumulate as many tags/keywords, as you possibly can.  All tags are for sale all the time, and you buy them using your Tagvillage credit balance.  1 credit equals $1.

To get your first credits into your account, you need to click on “My Finances” and choose “Deposit Funds”.  You have a choice to pay through Secured Credit Card Payment, Payza or PayPal processor.  You have 60 days money back guarantee and it is entirely up to you with what amount you like to start your tagVillage business.  The smallest you can deposit is $5 and there is no maximum.

With the credits in your account balance, you are ready to start shopping for the tags you would like to own and earn from; you start building your tag inventory.  For example, you might like the tag “work at home”.  You write “work at home” (without the quotation marks) in the Tag Search box and then click on “Tag Search”.  At the time of this writing, this tag is for sale at $450.29.  If this is way above what you had in mind, do not give up, but this time, write “work at home” into the box, and before clicking on “Tag Search”, click on the “hash/tag” just below.   This will bring you long lists of all related tags inside Tagvillage together with their current prices.  You get plenty to choose from and you can buy them right from that list.  If you click on your chosen tag in the list, you will be taken to the screen to proceed or cancel your purchase.

As there are many related tags in the system, you can very likely still find a few that no-one has purchased yet.  In such case, the price will be 10 cents and you get this message:“Congratulations, you can be the very first person to own this Tag”.

In tagVillage all new tags are for 10 cents, and then, with every subsequent trade, their price increases by 30%. The previous tag owner gets 15% commission, his sponsor gets 5% and 10% goes to Tagvillage.  Tagvillage of course do not keep the whole 10% for itself, it puts certain % from it to the daily profit pool from which members get paid daily, according to how many activity points they earned that day.   If you are interested to learn more about the commission and the daily bonus pool, please read more about it in the FAQ page.

Now, let’s say that you have decided to purchase the main tag “work at home” and paid for it $450.29 from your credit balance. And just after you did it, the previous owner or some other member, purchased that tag back from you.  Well, you just made $ 67.54 pure profit.  You will see that money instantly in your credit balance (of course on top to the $450.29 what you paid for it) and the transaction will be instantly registered in your “Tag History”, under “Sales”.

This is in a nutshell how we make money in tagVillage.  We buy and sell tags, every time we sell, we earn 15% commission on top to what we paid for it, and if we do not sell, we have those tags in our inventory and we will earn from them commissions from every click on the ads targeted by those tags.
