3 Easy Mistakes Bloggers Make
Blogging is easy to do. All you do is write and then wait for traffic to come right? Wrong! You don't just write a bunch of stuff and wait for traffic to come. You have to be very methodical with your efforts and you have to keep things simple. However, most people don't understand this so they make a few key mistakes, sometimes without knowing it.
Laying Out Content
Some bloggers don't really have a good idea of how to distribute their content on the internet. Most of them just say anything or they are piling up a bunch of content without actually guiding the reader towards a particular direction. Don't make this mistake. When people are readying, more than likely they are skimming not reading. Therefore, you will need to capture the reader's attention as best you can.
Bad Titles
Some people truly don't know how to put together a good title. Some think it's as easy as slapping a keyword phrase on the title and keep it pushing. You have to come up with a title that immediately gives the reader an indication that they must read the rest of the article. Here is a good way to do this:

- Keys to
- 1,2,3,4 steps.........
- 1,2,3,4 reasons not to do............
- etc....
This is just and idea of how you might want to begin your titles for your blog posts and articles.
Overall Blog Layout
Your layout has to help the reader flow through the page as a whole without confusion or frustration. Your blog can be busy but you just need to be sure that the reader knows exactly where to go or have an idea of where to go next. Your layout has to immediately guide the visitor within seconds. If your reader is confused the first couple of sections, they are sure to press that back button. Therefore, you must make sure your layout flows.
Look at your blog or site and ask yourself if you would stay on this site for a long period of time. Or you can measure your feelings based on how the site jumps out at you. If you don't feel right about what is going on in the layout, it more than likely means that your visitors don't either and you need to make some changes immediately.
