The Internets Most Powerful Words
About 10 years ago I was browsing
Corey Rudl's website reading through his
very long ad copy, in the middle of a sentence there
was hyper-linked words giving reference to another webpage,
this hyperlink was not just underlined words it also
contained the words click here.
Most webmasters/bloggers will only link words figuring the readers
will see the words are underlined or have color and they will click to navigate.
Words of Action/Command, I LOVE words that make my Potential Prospects
bang on my Hyperlink like people banging on the door of a local bank on FREE Money Day........that's if there were such a thing.......is there? LOL.
Promoting affiliate links "Promoting other peoples/companies Stuff" I found the most productive way to this is to create my own ad copy and or testimonial.
I would browse the affiliate website looking for a angle or something that sells me, then I would use it in my ad copy.
When I seen that Corey linked his words with click here a light went on!! how clever, ok.... not uncommon some people still use these words for navigation, however these words are also words of Action/Command.
I started rewriting my hyperlinked action lines and added click here
at the end.

Sound Silly?...maybe...however, by adding these two words at the end of my action lines it increased my clickthru ratio by 20%.
