Making History in Advertising Marketing
The
concept of keyword trading is not exactly new. For over 5 years, various
businesses have explored the idea to allow their members to buy and sell words
and phrases with the ultimate goal of sharing advertising revenue. Many of our
long-term members have experienced the exciting launches of various keyword

In the next few days, our members will begin seeing the following line reported
to them on the "My Finances" page:

So, say for example you owned the Tag 'online advertising' and it received 10
clicks today and generated $10.00 from these clicks. When you login to your
"My Finances" page tomorrow, you will see the following:
2.00 Tagvertising: [Making Money Online] {10} January 10,
2012, midnight
You can interpret a great deal of information from this line. First, you
received 2.00 Credits because ads targeting this Tag generated $10.00 in
revenue, and you were paid 20% of this revenue. Second, you are told exactly
which Tag was targeted by these ads, in this case 'online advertising'. Third,
you are told how many times ads were clicked that targeted this Tag for the
day, in this case 10.
Every single night at midnight, we will pay your commissions to you for ads
that were clicked targeting Tags you owned when they were clicked. HOWEVER, you
will NOT BE PAID for invalid clicks or fraudulent clicks. We have implemented
very many measures to ensure our advertisers when a person clicks on an ad they
are doing so legitimately and not so they may earn commissions. Our goal is to
only supply quality, legitimate customers to our advertisers. Therefore, it is
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you understand the following:
1. You WILL NOT earn commission if you click on an ad that targets a Tag you
own.
2. Only 1 click per 24 hours, per account will be considered 'valid'.
3. Any member who repeatedly clicks on ads during the same day, or over an
extended period of time will be banned from the site and will lose all Tags in
their inventory, all Credits in their account, and all rights or access to
their tagvillage account.
4. Any member who is suspected (at our sole discretion) of manipulating the
Tagvertising system, or attempting to earn commissions in a fraudulent or
invalid manner will be banned from the site and will lose all Tags in their
inventory, all Credits in their account, and all rights or access to their tagvillage account.
There will be no exceptions to these rules. The online advertising industry has
established extremely powerful methods to rate the quality of click-through
traffic on any legitimate, credible advertising network. It is our intention to
become known as a legitimate, credible advertising network. We want to attract
the highest quality advertisers and publishers so that we may deliver the
greatest earnings to our members.
We signed an agreement with an advertising network of over 60,000 advertisers
recently and committed to maintain a quality score of 0.4500 or greater at all
times. The average credible advertising network maintains a quality score of
0.6400 at all times. Currently tagvillage is at 0.5938
and has been for over 6 months. If this number drops below 0.4500 we will
forever lose the ability to publish ads from this network of high quality advertisers
and will be 'black-listed' by all other major advertising networks. Therefore,
any attempt by our members to manipulate the Tagvertising Platform or earn
false commissions will ultimately result in the complete inability of tagvillage to earn money from
advertisers.
The quality score of our Tagvertising Platform is completely in the hands of
our members. It is up to you, as a member of tagvillage, to ensure our
advertisers receive quality, legitimate clicks. Therefore, we plead and urge
you to never click on an ad, unless you are legitimately interested in the
product or service being advertised. Only 1 click per 24 hours will be counted
as valid from your account. So, it is entirely pointless to even consider
clicking on ads unless you are legitimately interested in the item or service
being offered. Every time you click on more than 1 ad per day, or click on the
same ad more than 1 time, you will contribute to the reduction of our quality
score. Please, help us maintain the quality and credibility of our Tagvertising
Platform. Otherwise, 100% of your time, money, and energy you have invested
into Tags will be completely worthless.
Please understand the terms and rules of this agreement were dictated to us by
one of the best online advertising networks. We are extremely fortunate to have
such an incredible network of high quality advertisers willing to work with tagvillage. In order to
attract this network, we ensured them our members will not manipulate or abuse
our Tagvertising Platform. Over 60,000 advertisers and 20,000 publishers are
anticipating a long-term, positive working relationship with our company and
our members. The future of this relationship is in the hands of our members.
Please, help us prove to the advertising community that people can share in the
ownership of keywords without degrading the quality and effectiveness of the
advertising network.
