You want to sell online or off.

In this day and age - if you want something, do you research it first? Do you look at the specifications? Do you look at the cost? Is this actually what you want, does it fulfill your requirements? Has it got a guarantee? Can I rely on the manufacture? Can I rely on the supplier?

In today's financial climate, it is a buyers market - and the buyer is getting more finnicky. The seller should also ask themselves the above questions by asking themselves are they  supplying what the customer requires?

Quality, affordability and service are a must if you are going to be successful.  It is the same online as well as offline. Communication is another must - keep the customer informed. Acknowledge the order {the customer needs to know you have received it}, inform him of delivery date {so they  know when to expect it} and I always follow up a couple of days  later to find out whether they have received goods and if they have any problems  {lets them know that you care}. If you are providing a product that has competition {and which product doesn't} then service can be the difference between success and failure

You have a quality product, it is a competitive price and you give good service! Then, you have given yourself a good start to being successful - good luck.
