The Ideal Business For Newbies

This is a subject near and dear to my heart because I believe newbies are being done an inustice by experienced marketers, what do I mean by that? I don't think complete newbies should join MLms right away, Its like going from grade school straight to High school, the gap is too deep because there's too much to learn in between. Most Marketers today learn how to recruit, but what they're not being told is that, recruiting is getting people in and mentoring is keeping people in. What people are doing is getting people in and abandoning them because all they're doing is concentrating on the numbers. Sure the checks look good in the beginning but as time goes on those newbies just drop out and attrition is bound to happen because they were left to their own devices.
