Did anyone receive a contact request from "Miss Michelle" ?

Today, I received a contact request from someone named "Miss Michelle". It said this:

"Hello dear. My name is Miss Michelle,from the deep of my heart i wish to ask for your true friendship.I have important reasons to request your interest. Kindly write me here: "

followed by an email address.

It looks suspicious. Especially since there is the email address in it.

I think I might decline it. But first, I wish to know if anyone else has received it and what happened if you accepted.
