So it is a SCAM.... or NOT?

I want to update this post.
After a few emails and a few weeks I have finally gotten a refund.
I would also like to name this company.
It is FortuneWP
==================================

I am always one to preach to people about checking
their payment processors...OFTEN!
You just never know what you may have forgotten.

So imagine my SHOCK when I am notified that I just paid my
annual membership for FortuneWP

Rats.. how did I over look that?

Well OK I should have stopped the scheduled payment from being
on automatic renewal.. My Fault. I do recall when I joined I used it
and I do recall getting paid as well. Maybe this was not so bad after all.

Then I get an email from my upline with a warning about FortuneWP
Advising us to be very cautious. Saying he was a member and that
they have owed him commissions from 5 months back.

Hmmmm... OK OK that nixed my idea about marketing it. How could
I promote something that probably wouldn't pay out commissions due.

Taking money but not paying out commissions due... what does that
sound like to you?

I wrote them a memo telling them I wish to cancel and to put back my $63.00
into my AlertPay account. (I was still within the 10 day refund policy)

The message back was that 10 day refund policy only applies to NEW members
not renewing members.

NP, I will just jot a note off to AlertPay and tell them about. Just to see what
they have to say. The $63.00 was not pissing me off as much as the
feed back I was getting from FortuneWP

I sent an email off to the person who sent out the advisory caution. He told
he had FINALLY gotten back info from FortuneWP after months of nothing.
(FYI... it was the same information he had gotten back in November.)

This is what he got....

4. Any other document that can prove that you are a physical person at a permanent address.

You can email these document via your back office or fax them at

Upon reception of all documents we will evaluate the situation and see if we can release your commissions.

It may also be necessary to study other files before releasing your commissions. In any case we shall do it as soon as possible because we understand that what motivates people is when they receive their commissions.

Sincerely

Your XXXWp Team

I happen to know this guy has a huge downline, somehow his entire
downline was suppose to know automatically that FortuneWP needed and wanted
this information.

Do you think that odd?
I am wondering what idiot would send that info to FortuneWP..
The front and back of the CC used.
Passport, ect.

So lets just say we have 5 people in the downline and 4
people send off that info to FortuneWP and the other does NOT.
Does that mean that NO ONE gets commissions?
But yet they took that automatic renewal money..

If you read the bottom it also says that...
It may also be necessary to study other files before releasing your commissions.

What do you think? Does it sound a bit SCAMMY to you?
I am thinking it sounds more like an ID theft ring.

But of course... what do I know?
