ApSense added the status recently. It's a neat little feature, we see what you write in it when we see your picture in the activity here.

One thing I find sad is to see many people put links in their status.

Who do you believe will click on your link ?

There are 70,000 members here. What are we all trying to do ? Get some attention to our business opportunities.

Is putting a link without anything else a good way to promote your business ?

NO!!!

I mean, look at the Twitter posts. You see a few words and shortened links. The words are there before the link. Why ? Because, otherwise, unless you are a celebrity, who will click on a link without any information that will make us do so ?

Get real. Please.

Instead of putting a link, write something that will grab our attention. Granted, 35 characters is not much. But it will get more attention to your profile, for sure.
