My Head Hurts from all that Planning
I have just spent the last 6 hours putting together
a business plan.
Gosh my head hurts.
BUT... I have a new FOCUS.
I can see the outcome.

First off I assessed what I already had available
to me. Then I went back and forth finding what I needed that would add value
to what I was already using....
Yes, I took the time to read the fine print.

After much figuring with pen and paper and a
calculator I was happy with my business plan.
Now to just implement it.
First off I bought another farm
I cleared it
Plowed it
Planted it.
It didn't look big enough and I still had money, so I added to it by buying more land.

I had so many critters, I bought a wool factory and
a dairy barn. I already had a
chicken coop. I just had to gather them all and put them in their new houses.

This money grubby gal would have loved to of bought
an oil refinery but I think
that it may not have been very good for the environment so I decided on a coffee
grinder factory.
I planted my new farm with coffee beans.

So starting in 2 days I will start to see a return
on my investment. Can't wait
to harvest my coffee beans in 3 days... and then I get to grind them.

Yup... my head hurts from all this planning, but
as long as I work at it my business will just continue to grow and
prosper.
My long term plan is to buy a coffee and tea shop,
I will put that on a bit of the land on my second farm. But that will have
to wait. I would have to spend "REAL MONEY" at the moment to get that NOW and
I refuse to do that. I will just advance myself into that by "Leveling
Up".... "so-to-speak."
As for hiring people to help me on my farms. I love
help but so much of the time
when I hire people from the market I am so disappointed. Many take only the crops that will benefit them and leave the rest as if it is not good enough for them. And I hate beggars, the beggars at the market just make me sick. If I could only know when I hire someone if they have work ethic like I do. I would love to know a group of people just like me. Maybe I will do the work myself and keep looking for a group that has the drive that I do.
I started with just a small plot of ground and worked it up to be able to have the beautiful farm that I have now as well as being able to spend 4 million coin
this morning to take my business plan in it's new direction.
We all start with the exact same plot of ground, just some have more of a vision than others.
So that's my business plan for my beautiful farm in FarmTown.
