Lots of people are looking for ways to start their own business and the reasons are endless.  For me I?ve been a stay at home mom for about 10 years now. Plus as an added changelle to me I have some physical limitations so between kids and my health condition it?s almost next to impossible to go out and work even something part-time would not pay by the time I spend money for gas and someone to watch our younger one it wouldn?t pay. So I starting searching hard and brainstorming what I could do to make some money writing articles and/or blogs seems to be exploding and yes I do that as well but I just wasn?t satisfied  with doing that so I started brainstorming. We love doing crafts so I thought why couldn?t I do this and make money with it someway I really don?t understand eBay and those other online auctions although that is my next step to learn these systems and try them out. Right now what I do is my husband and I like to make jewelry he will help with some of the mechanical aspects like putting on clasps and things like that. After we have gotten a few pieces done what I have done is I started by word of mouth through friends and so I get regular orders that way I just recently branched out to consignment shops in my area a couple of them bought them outright and some of the other places let me set up displays in their shop and if any of them sell I agree to give them a percentage. Granted it does take a little marketing knowhow but nothing major if you know how to talk then you can pretty much do it. There are all sorts of ideas you can think of in ways to have your own business the key is to find something you like and learn a few marketing skills. It?s done just the same way you do for those of you who write article and blogs only you?re doing it in person. If the word marketing scares you think of it in terms of promoting or like I mentioned earlier word of mouth. Another good thing to keep in mind is when you start your own business keep receipts  for supplies that you buy because this can be counted for your taxes also you pay anything for adversting include that as well you would be surprise how little things like this that you don?t think of adds up.
