My 1st Commission Check by mcquadebc

This week I just earned my 1st commission, I've been in the company since August and though the check isn't much ($50.00) it represents so much more, it says that my efforts are finally paying off and there's more to come as long as I continue to work my business everyday.

People just don't understand the true nature of what it takes to start, build, and maintain a successful business, shouldering the entire burden will only take the joy out of working your business, so you have to learn to delegate your efforts, now don't get me wrong, you still have to work your business, you just have to work it smarter, not harder.

Keep in mind that you won't be alone in your effort, as your business develops, the people you bring in and the people they bring in will also be working to develop and succeed in their businesses and it's this collective effort that will help you gain your success because it's the group effort that makes it possible.

And eventually you'll get to the point where you won't have to work as hard because your efforts in the beginning have laid the foundation that created your downline, and since you are  the "Top Dog" in your network, your efforts can turn from building your business to more of an advisory role, where you provide education and mentoring to the new people that come into your business.

And as your business develops, you will get to the point where you will be doing less and making more, just keep in mind, you still had to pay your dues to get here, remind yourself of that every single day, and emphasize that to your downline to help keep them grounded.
