I find that determination & motivation is the key to a successful business. You gotta have that drive! I've been doing business online for about 8 years and it has been very gratifying. I'm not gonna say it was easy because it never is but as long as you keep learning from your mistakes and tweaking your business you will find results.

I have two roles on Apsense as you may have noticed ... I run our PR/Marketing Dept and I'm the book keeper. I have a great amount of motivation and drive from my years of experience as fitness professional. So I tend to utilize this energy to motivate my sales team and continuously find new ways to market our Apsense business, whether online or off.
