f a car fails an MOT test, the Ministry of Transport will issue a notice of disqualification. This means that the car cannot be used. To reduce the risk of accidents, drivers are responsible to keep their cars roadworthy. Regular car maintenance is also a necessity in order to keep the cars roadworthy.
