Hello- starting a thread about advertising,traffic exchanges,etc

Hello everyone- my name here on  ApSense is Markus 63 still figuring out all the bells and whistles of this site,but overall I like the idea of it. I would like to start a discussion about methods we all use for traffic Generation- do you use traffic Exchanges or own any yet? do you Blog, Twitter, E-mail, Affiliates, what works for you and what does not?
