How to Know if Garmin is Fully Charged or Not?

If you are not using any of the mentioned methods or charging the same with any other method then it is hard to tell when the battery is fully charged. For checking GPS tool’s power level, you have required to power the tool on and have to see at the battery icon on the screen.
