Sony Provided Bad Customer Service To A Subscriber Who Got Hacked
Sony is becoming like Comcast with their bad customer service. A user got hacked and lost over $600, and their access to the PlayStation Network. The player tried to contact customer service to get the missing money back, but he got the run around with no actual restitution. The company offered $150 in PSN credit and not money. Another thing is the player cannot use his PS4 as the main console for the account for six months.
